
One day I craved a dessert called COFFEE JELLY. I immediately researched the ingredients of this dessert. When I found out the ingredients of coffee jelly, I went to the grocery store to buy them.
INGREDIENTS 1-90 grams pack clear unflavored gulaman
1 ½ cup water
1 tbsp instant coffee granules
¾ cup sugar
1-410ml Nestle All Purpose Cream, chilled overnight
1-140ml Angel Evaporada

Before I start, I prepared the things that will be used like the Pot for boiling water and making gelatin, Tupperware put the cooked gelatin and harden it and the Spoon for mixing to make gelatin.
PROCEDURE
•In a pot, combine gulaman, water, coffee and sugar. Mix well.
•Bring to a boil. Pour mixture on a mold or microwavable container. Set aside until firm. For best results chill for 6 hours or overnight.
•Mix chilled Nestle All Purpose Cream and Condensed milk in a bowl.
•Cut coffee jelly into cubes and add to milk mixture. Chill for 30 Minutes to an hour. •Serve Immediately
